Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, which is to be constructed in two phases, will have a total area of about 800 acres, including 6 groups (12 units) of single-storey column-free, 2 entrance lobbies, 2 indoor galleries and 2 outdoor exhibition areas. The First Phase has been completed and put in use in November 2016, which mainly consists of the north entrance lobby, central plaza, west plaza, indoor galleries and four groups (eight) of exhibitions halls, with the net exhibition area of 13,500 square meters for a single exhibition hall providing about 6000 standard indoor booths, a total indoor exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, and a total outdoor exhibition area of 100,000 square meters. The hardware facilities can meet the requirements of all kinds of large professional tour exhibitions at home and abroad. After the construction of the Second Phase, the total indoor exhibition area will reach 177,500 square meters, making it one of the biggest comprehensive exhibitions centers with most complete functions in central China.

VEWISE has a wealth of conference venues and advanced conference organization system, and is able to provide functional software, and hardware facilities and equipment. The first phase project have 148 meeting rooms and negotiation rooms of different kinds catering to small meetings of a dozen people as well as large ones of more than a thousand with its a comfortable and relaxing environment. In particular, the W1 Hall wall with its special sound effects is able to meet the requirements of large-scale meetings of more than 10,000 people.

The exhibition center has an exclusive parking lotwith 4,200 car parking spaces and 550 truck (bus) parking spaces. Exhibitors and visitors who get to the exhibition via public transportation (e.g. bus, taxi, subway) can enter the entrance lobby through the entrance distribution square on the north side or south side of the center. Driving exhibitors and visitors can enter the basement through Gate 1 and Gate 3, then take escalator to the entrance square and walk into the entrance lobby.

The transportation for logisticshas no cross with the visiting routes, whichis also very convenient. Trucks can get to the center from any direction. The majorfreight passage between each two halls is 35 meters wide, so that trucks have no trouble in turning around on the passage; the width of the secondary freight passageis 26 meters. Exhibitors can unload their goods here and get in the halls directly. The access of trucks to any hall makes the decoration and dismantling very convenient and smooth for exhibitors.
